Why do you charge an engagement fee?

We are laser-focused on helping our true clients. Contingency-only recruiters charge inflated fees to compensate for the fact that they often “work for free” for many companies who never actually pay them. We don’t work for free so we can better serve and be completely dedicated to our customers.

Is the engagement fee in addition to the placement fee?

,No. Let’s take a $100,000 position at 18%.  The total paid by the client for a successful search and placement would be $18,000.   Initial $1,500 Engagement Fee and then $16,500 upon accepted offer. 

Is the engagement fee refundable?

We are very happy to return the engagement fee if we can not deliver quality candidates in the time frame agreed upon with you. We will even return the engagement fee if an organizational event occurs that causes the search to no longer make sense. (Layoff, leadership change etc.) We work hard for our clients and we just don’t want to work with anyone who isn’t serious about working with us. This helps us deliver high-quality candidates and build great long-term partnerships.

How does the 3-month guarantee work?

Other recruiters typically only guarantee a placement for 30 days. We are so confident in our candidates that we have a 3-month guarantee. If for any reason, the candidate does not work out in the first 3 months, we will do another search at no charge.

Other Sales Recruiters charge 25% to 30%, how is FullyRemote.ai able to only charge a total 18%?

Our brand and job board attract excellent candidates which makes our work much easier and more efficient than most recruiters who waste time hounding and convincing reluctant candidates. We also lean on AI and automation to focus on and get the attention of candidates our clients covet.

Is there a fee cap?

We don’t think it makes sense that you pay us more if the base salary for a sales rep is $150K vs. $125,000. In fact, we think there is a major conflict of interest that is not to the advantage of the candidate or employer. We are happy to cap the fee at the lower end of the base salary expectation.
